My wife is Ukrainian. Starting about 18 months ago she uses coconut oil for everything - I mean EVERYTHING (she puts it in her (frank)ing coffee instead of cream!) - because it's healthier than everything else.
She fries our food in it. She uses it instead of butter. She uses it instead of oil. She moisturizers her hair with it once a month. After a hard workout, or a heavy night out - she claims coconut water refreshes her andvrehydrates her faster than regular water. It has always seemed like horsepoop to me, and it makes everything taste like it's some kind of Hawaiian food, but do you have any idea how stubborn Ukrainian women are?
I'm almost afraid to tell her about those articles. She could go "schto za chyort" - Der Kaiser
It is a little healthier for you,
but in general u wanna use an oil with a higher smoke point
The higher temp u fry at will lead to less greasy food
So if you're frying at 325 degrees with coconut oil,
it actually mitigates the effect of using a different oil at 375
Bc more oil will actually soak into your food

He should be listed ahead of Eichel at this point
But as a Sabres fan, that doesn't bother me

you could either have a whopper. Or a big Mac that's what I would put the healthy as lol
She would be better cooking up with peanut oil or vegetable oil at this point Iol |

It changes the flavor of everything - just like butter, but the flavor of butter is appealing and coconut is coconut. and regardless of the smoke point - the American Heart Association says it's no better or worse for your health than butter. |

Fat in general isn't good...
but thing like olives, avocado, coconut oil have the bonus of Omega3s, etc
which are good for u
But if u subscribe to the idea that they're all the same health wise,
then u should definitely fry at a higher temp with a different oil
Less will permeate your food

Another thing about flavor...
coconut oil seems like it tastes even stronger bc it's something we generally aren't used to
Maybe u could get her to use a combo of coconut oil & canola oil?
Canola oil is pretty flavorless, so it blends well
And your food won't taste as much like coconut |

If I read the article right it's more about polysatutated and monosaturated fat.
Avocado and olive oil are the good fat and coconut is the bad fat. |

So let me get this straight - you called DTV asking why the reception was spotty on your illegally-used receiver? That's like calling the Sabres to ask why the reddit feeds are unreliable.
Anyway, they do beam down to metro areas so it isn't surprising that you had an issue with locals. In my setup I have a DTV addon that lets you use your antenna instead of what they beam down - the picture is MUCH better.
Either way... sharing works. You just have to know that you are on the hook for taking care of issues outside of the main residence. - Slump Buster
I was skeptical. He(roommate/landlord) told me it was fine. It was his house and he was paying the bill, so I said (frank) it and called. But since he lived in Syracuse the account got Syracuse local channels. That included me, sitting in Sloan. And I got them fine, no problem, it was all the others that were the problem. |

It's kinda like talking stats on here
Kane is bad bc of his overall points, but a good goal scorer
Same with a lot of foods
U can take what's good or bad in them & focus on that to fit your narrative |

Yeah the saturated fats are the bad ones(solid at room temp). They're the ones that taste good, like dairy and red meat. Except ghee(clarified butter), which is surprisingly good for you. It better be at the price they charge for that poop.
Olive oil is really good for you. Extra Virgin is the best, but there's no regulation so a lot of companies just slap Extra Virgin on the bottle when it might be only half, or not at all, or not even all olive oil, period.

Yeah, in the same way, Idc where Sam was picked
He's a good player who improved last year
No reason to think he won't continue to do so
Maybe his ceiling isn't a "Tarasenko"
But it doesn't mean the guy can't still become a big part of our success |

He's good either way.
The expectations would be different.
I'm sorry but if Jack Eichel had two sub-50 point seasons, not one of us would say "Oh well, he's still decent, so that's all that matters" |

Yes . Heard (herd) the same thing . The Misses was on a coconut kick too. Until she seen the bad news . Now just rubs down with it occasionally.
