I never noticed it until someone asked me if I wanted to go there, and I was shocked at how it was pronounced. Now, whenever I think about the place, all I can think of is how the name is pronounced.

Learn how to say, "get off of my lawn you darn fool kids".
Forsberg was just a machine out there. With his combo of speed, strength and skill, it was almost impossible to get the puck from him. The only other guy who could protect a puck as well as Foppa is Jagr, but he has the advantage of being 240 lbs and strong as an ox.
Forsberg in many ways always reminded me of Bobby Clarke in his prime. Both were incredible passers and playmakers, both never gave up on a play, both were tenacious as all hell, both would do anything to win and you often wished that both would shoot the puck more. - BiggE
Although Forsberg was an awful fighter, he was stronger than just anyone. Got that from his dad the powerlifter.

I don't think it helped him to play in the Czech Extraliga as a 4th liner for two years, but the organization still likes him. I don't think he'll have a career like Sami Kapanen's -- Kase is strictly a bottom 6 utility prospect whereas Kapanen had a couple of NHL All-Star seasons in Carolina -- but they are cut from the same basic cloth in terms of work ethic, hockey smarts and fearlessness. - bmeltzer
I generally agree, but I wouldn't completely rule out Kase as a 2nd line contributor. I've only seen him in 2 games last year in Montreal, but wow...the puck just always seem to find him. He always seemed to make the smart play and be in the right position. I talked to a Finnish hockey writer who knew Sami, and he agreed Kase reminds him of Sami in his early years.
Other than his size, the main obstacle for Kase to make it as a 2nd line winger would be the competition. Now that they have Rubstov, Frost, Ratcliffe, etc there are a lot of higher profile players that he needs to beat out.
