No Drew Brees, 20 less points than the guy ahead of him, and the same amount of points per game as Ebron. Ebron is not an elite/tier 1 TE.

You also don't know who was kept, with 4 keepers I'm keeping a top 5 TE if I have one.

He's a tweener at best and there are at least 5 guys I'm taking before him. Maybe 6. And he's 20 points down on the guy in front of him Greg Olsen. Also 34 less targets in the same amount of games (16) and the targets he did get he couldn't pull in(caught less than 30% of end zone targets. league average was 34%). He was top 4 because 2 that would've crushed him were hurt. Gronk and Jordan Reed who would've crushed everyone. In a PPR league he is no longer a tier 1 guy.

Look at the total points from last year and tell me you'd put him in tier 1:



He's got more in common with Walker and Ertz than he does with Olsen. And both Walker and Ertz would've easily surpassed him because they were only a few points behind and had 1 and 2 games in hand on him. Plus add Gronk and Reed and now he's down to 8. That's a far cry from tier 1.

I wanted him as a free player. That was about the extent of my wanting him.

I'd rather have the Chinese guy than a slow footed, undersized 3rd pairing defenseman.

Not every FA is a fit, if you're dead set on living in a big city we can't compete with that no matter how much you may throw at a FA, within the realm of sanity anyway.
