Don't need Stingerbell to drop that bomb. All one has to do is look at historical fact and project from there. Based on the historical fact the canucks are more likely to be doomed to eternal failure than find Stanley Cup success anytime soon.

It's all just so depressing.

Last year there was an apocalyptic judgement day for Canuck hockey buzzards....

We are now stuck in purgatory.... Carol picks us up... then we read what some may write and tear into our own until we are back down, we are doomed for the foreseeable future.

In a hard cap world you can't win IMO without that absolute topend talent, the only way to get it this day and age is through the draft, some call it tanking, some call it planning. Hopefully Pettersson is the start of that planning!

Tanking if no attempt to compete but can be done in various ways. LEAFS
TDL sell off setting up drafts.
Yes drafting will be the bread n butter for sure.
