I haven't listened to it. I've heard of Carnifex, but never actually listened, but I'm guessing it's rrrrrrrooooooaaaarrrrr, arrrrrrrrgggghh, rrrrrooooaarrrr!!!!!
Edit: Not too bad. I like heavy poop when they can actually sing, like Warrel Dane(he may look like Edgar Winter's (frank)ed up clone, but he's got a set of pipes). Instead of just growling like a wounded sea lion. Or screaming like a banshee.

And, I may get flamed for this, but Hardwired... To Self-Destruct is pretty good. Disc 1 anyway, disc 2 is so-so. But Hetfield's voice is shot. Either that, or the mix is terrible. There's nothing behind it.

I love how tortured he sounds. I try to model my vocals after him but I can't even do it sometimes cuz I'm worried my neighbors will report a homicide - chilliard77
When Ozzy Osbourne is easier to understand than you are, maybe dial it back a bit, eh?
I thought I would put this out there and tell all you Sabres fans that my 70 year old father had a heart attack this afternoon and had bypass surgery this evening and the surgery went well, heart is working 100% and suffered no damage, he is in ICU recovering. I'm headed down to Orlando early in the morning to see him and my mother.
Keep a fellow upstate hard working blue collard New Yorker in your prayers, or if you're not a church going heathen such as myself... wish the old beer drinkin son of biotch well in his recovery. Thanks

Best wishes man. What hospital is he in? That's one of the good things about living down here, great hospitals.

Hey, that's great that there's no damage and the heart is still 100%. If you're going to have a heart attack, that's about the best you can hope for.

Well, St. Anger wasn't great, Death Magnetic was better, and solid, but it was just missing something that I think they were able to bring out more in Hardwired.
