WGR shared a mock draft from some sight that had the Bills passing on a QB with their pick (5th overall only 1 QB was taken) for a WR and then the Bills drafting a QB at 21 with the Chiefs pick.

If anything it's the other way around. No way the Bills pass on a QB if one of the top 3 is still on the board.

I've heard Rosen has attitude issues & isn't well liked by teammates

But that's something he could outgrow as he matures
He's certainly talented

Allen is the most athletic of the "top 3"
but he also needs to improve accuracy & play well against good defenses
