An Allentown man who attracted attention Thursday afternoon by double-parking on a city street was charged with drug dealing after an officer found 20 bundles of heroin on his car’s front seat, police said.

Angel Gonzalez-Ramos, 29, had left the car parked illegally in the 200 block of Liberty Street at 12:45 p.m. when a police officer checked out the vehicle, according to the arrest affidavit.

As the officer looked into a car window, Gonzalez-Ramos walked up and said it was his vehicle, the affidavit says. The officer then determined the driver did not have a valid driver’s license, police said.

Gonzalez-Ramos consented to be searched and to have his car searched for weapons, police said. The search led to drugs, $990 and about $500 worth of gift cards, the affidavit says.

I always just viewed Rutters as a peg below Sheetz. Never had their food, the one that's by my house only has like 1 touchscreen menu and the workers switch from making food to handling packs of cigarettes and taking money from the creatures that walk in.

Their drink selection is dece, not as expansive as Sheetz. Their snacks and such on the shelves are comparable to Sheetz and Wawa.

If it's new it might have more variety and less crack heads than the one I'm used to.
