i don't know if it's right or wrong. but it just looks wrong. it feels wrong.

I'd have it facing the other way but that's my personal preference.

Never had my bikes knocked over or even contacted while parked in a lot this way. If not divided by barriers, I sometimes had long vehicles (full sized pickups) spill over from the spot behind mine, but NBD.
