I get that...but there are others who are not and still many others, maybe newbies, who might welcome contextual information which includes not only the contract stuff, but jack's views on a "fresh start" as well - Michael Pachla
I hope I haven't been misunderstood. I don't intend the comment to be a critique of the blog.
I meant it as a point of emphasis for the overreactors. |

He wants to play in Olympics.
Bogosian needs to flourish under Housley. I loved this trade initially but, Zack and Kaner have to play 15-20 for 70 games

I think he just wants to be paid at a level commensurate with his skill level, which Holland can't do because he's signed aging role players to 15 year contracts.
Holland said he wouldn't even pay him 3x3 |

What job, unless you really stand above the rest of your peers and/or your competition, are you hired based on your skill set alone, though? Your personality and the way you carry yourself, and the way you will potentially represent your employer's brand, plays a big part in the decision everywhere else. I'm not sure why the NFL or any league would be any different. |

because at the end of the day the draft position has complete bearing on the quality of a player in their analysis (if you are a moron). |

Which is also a problem, including nepotism.
You absolutely should be hired on your skill set, but the job market, it's a vicious, hostile place with too many politics. They'll hire someone from the military just because it "looks good" for the company, even if the guy is a PTSD, incompetent (frank)-up.
poop man, even Mighty Taco jobs are on a lockdown now because they pay $11.00 an hour. I literally saw a 20-something year old guy jumping in the streets because his friend got him in there after MONTHS of trying.
Okay, Colin Kaepernick is a 'distraction'. What about the 15 players on the Browns kneeling, including a couple of White guys?
I agree, he went about the whole thing wrong, and he's privileged whereas a lot of others aren't. His main screw-up was putting himself in a position to be an outspoken, vocal figure-head for the people who he supposedly was representing but then refusing to talk about it.
He's a coward, IMO. He put himself on a pedestal but then refused to elaborate.
But he 100% is a trash QB and I will say with certainty, that has just as much to do with him not having a "job" than anything else. |

I was just coming to share that if no one else had. Thoughts about Coller aside, his explanation here is on (fleek) point. Use a player correctly and they'll have a good season. New coach, new system, new Risto. |
