That made me laugh out loud tell that to people like Arian Foster and mathieu
- GERBE!!!75PTS

First of all I don't know who "mathieu" is.

Second of all did you not see the pics? He was tiny.

Third of all Arian Foster broke down really quickly.

Hey now that's parsley
- GERBE!!!75PTS

I got to Wegmans a little late last night, so their lettuce was sold out and I went and picked up the spring mix and I looked to see what was in it. Kale was in it, I dropped it on the floor and walked away.

Many, however, are coarse and indigestible.

Rape kale.

- Wiki

That's all I need to know.

It's also bitter and chewy as (frank).

(frank) kale, it's a garnish, like Pach said.

three players alluded to bylsma's coaching methods as not being ideal including the starting goalie who said they "didn't know how to play," a mobile defenseman who said "he felt handcuffed" and Eichel who was pissed off most of the season and let it be known...

in his most recent interview Eichel said, "I think it's good for everybody to have a fresh start. Guys are able to come in here with some new faces--a new general manager, a new coach--people who haven't made impressions on specific people in the locker room. And that can be a good thing for some guys who obviously didn't have the best relationships the last few years."

dude, i'm not totally an analytics hater, but really?...how much more of an indictment of Bylsma and his system do you need?

- Michael Pachla

im not saying his system wasnt trash, it was. i was making that statement specifically related to ristolainens numbers.

The strategy was bad, there were no alternatives as far as zone starts and total ice time/usage goes.

It's funny, I read that article, and as much as I think Coller is a tool. He said everything I've been harping on the last 2 years.

And the sick thing is Risto ate up all those minutes and didn't really seem all that negatively affected by them. Even when the team poop the bed at the end of the year he didn't seem to be that much worse. Once he gets a few more years under his belt and gets stronger, fills out a bit more, and learns how to better handle the ice time he'll be even more of a beast.

I am a 49er's fan, .. have been since Steve Bono was a 3rd option for the team, behind the SUPER HUMANS Montana and Young, .. truly loved Kap when he had his moment in the sun and was re-inventing quarterback play in the '12-'13 playoffs, .. but let's face it, .. he was a flash in the pan, got blinded by his own celebrity and mistook that for being an activist (all apologies to Jim Brown, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Muhammed Ali, Bill Russell who were REAL activists), .. at the end of the day (hate to use that cliche'), .. the NFL caught up to him and exposed him for the mediocre QB he really is. I hope he gets a job, because he does not deserve to be black balled (insert Ned Isakoff GIF from Seinfeld here).

I think thats part of the problem. I dont think he has the body composition or the foot speed to ever be considered an elite d-man in todays nhl. doesnt mean he cant be a top pair guy, just that if you want to get full value out of him hes gotta play with someone who can move the puck after ristolainen has battled, won and given it to him (as coller quoted)

It was the most frustrating thing to see ristolainen outwork a first line talent, escape from danger and make a good pass only to have the player on the receiving end poop his pants.

Sad part is it wasnt just gorges. Some of the forwards just couldnt handle a pass or make another.

Tyrann Mathieu..

Broke down usual when running backs break down which is normal
And you've seen his body does it look like he eats meat

The top picture is before. The bottom is after, the one where his neck looks like it will snap with a strong breeze. Open your eyes. Read the damn article. Definition means precisely Richard without actual muscle. And he definitely doesn't have more definition.

You know, initially I said it just to (frank) with you. It was more because he had a bunch of surgeries with Kaepernick. But you are just so clueless that Kaepernick lost a ton of weight you're ready to defend something that had little to no bearing, and incidentally doesn't work for everyone. Neither can everyone afford it.

Edit: Since I know you won't read the article, it has more than 160 characters or whatever the (frank) twitter is.

"Regardless of politics or not, he has a very, very big uphill battle to make this team. I’d be shocked if he’s on the 49ers by the time this season ends. It has nothing to do with political views whatsoever. He lost a ton of weight this offseason, had three surgeries, couldn’t work out, lost that double threat, that size-speed ratio. No political views, he just hasn’t been effective. He’s regressing as a player. I’d be shocked if he’s on this roster by the end of this year. He may not be on it in the next two weeks." -Jay Glazer last August

Matthew Coller is a brilliant journalist. Of course WRG/Entercom lost him to bigger and better things - and Buffalo for that matter. We get stuck with Jeremy White and Mike Schopp.

a good coach will have poop players playing a defined role to minimize their negative affects and Bylsma never got the memo...they were not playing as a five man unit...that's from the guy who saw it unfold right in front of him for nearly 60 games in goal...it was a disaster...

analytics, shmanalytics...watch the game, listen to what the players have to say

that just makes my point. if the right role for every d-men (minus risto) on the team is a sheltered one at less than 20 mins a night, then nothing is going to work.

edit: where do you think the shmanalytics come from? the game happened for those numbers to happen. you check the numbers, AFTER the game

respect to coller for following both buffalo and Rochester...his weakness, however, is trusting analytics over his eyes....

Franson was a topic...

I said Franson was slow and not a very good d-man...

he tweeted back, "Franson can be helpful in the right circumstances, but he isn't a top-notch D-man. That's what the stats show you."

screw the stats...everyone knows Franson was a very slow and very poor d-man...

who happens to remain unsigned while whipping boy Kulikov, who's no analytics darling received a substantial 3 yr. contract.

the numbers might reinforce what I saw, but I won't let the numbers tell me what happened on the ice...

Franson had great numbers...yet he's still unsigned as of this point...which is typical...he knows analytics count and he uses them to make him more marketable, or so he thinks...yet, whipping boy Kulikov, who's numbers stunk, signed a three-year deal...

*shrugs*

Kulikov was hampered by a debilitating back injury that affected him nearly the entire season...he also played under a coach who had no idea what he was doing with the talent he had and to top it all off, he really didn't want to be in buffalo...

Franson had everything going for him...and he still sucked...that's why he's still unsigned
