Well, I know the Miami office which is right on the water is actually fine. Just had a conversation with someone I work with out of that office. Being that West Palm Beach is further north on the Eastern coast, I'd say he's probably ok for the most part. There are a lot of areas still without power and especially still without internet.

There's a lot of cleanup that needs to be done of debris and stuff, but overall, the Miami area fared pretty well based on what I was told.

Seems like negotiation tactics. Start high, battle as long as you think there's benefit in doing so. I doubt even Eichel thinks he's getting 11.5.
