Joe almost creamed his pants last night as he recounted how Kreider talked about Chytil. - tomburton99
Did you hear him say Kreider played a year of HS hockey with our new bud Bobby Farnham?? |

I missed that. The highlight of last nights broadcast was Sam having no clue how OT is played. |

Imagine Kreider with a little bit of Farnham crazy and energy. He would be a top 5 power forward. |

That was good. Like how he trying to figure out who was in the box and Joe just being like, uh OT is 3 on 3 Sam. |

I watched JVR toy with people in high school, I just try to imagine Chris Kreider playing high school hockey and can't. Considering he 6'2 215 in his draft year. |

That was brutal. I immediately said to my wife that Sam had simply forgotten that OT was 3 on 3. I was not happy I was right when he admitted it. He needs to get out before he loses the capacity to speak. |

It was too funny. Like Idk how he didn't remember OT was 3 on 3. He saw plenty of games last year. |

The last game he actually remembers was probably the cup clincher in '94. |

Another good moment last night is when Joe was complaining about the penalties and then they called a faceoff violation as he was done complaing. The comedic aspect last night was perfect. |

Kenny Albert needs to be the first person to get the job. Granted he's an ugly SOB, but he's great at PbP |

I agree, I don't like getting on his case because he had been great for so long but he is done. I can't wait for the first Taco Bell State Farm Honda PP goal. |

To preface im not complaing. Can someone explain the face off rule? Do both skates have to be touching the marks? Is the penalty called if skates dont touch and the player jumps, or does it have to be 2 of the same infractions to be called a penalty?
Also as for players jumping in, I think its only fair now for linesman to adjust and drop the puck instead of holding on to it. They practically bait the players to jump. |

Yeah, I think it has to be 2 players thrown out. I think that was always the rule but I can't remember it ever being called except once. |

I have no issue if he is on the 4th line and doesn't do anything stupid. Team needs an bumhole or 2. - mdw7413
On a good team you can keep a guy like him and it would probably help more then hurt. He's not crazy.... exactly. He's not out of control. But he does deserve his 'Wild Thing' nickname. |

Yeah, I wouldn't mind a very cheap contract and him playing for a month on the 4th line til Fast gets back, and inserting him when they need some jump. |

let me preface this by saying im bored as (frank) at work and day dreaming a bit.. BUT if (and its a huge if) both Andersson and Chytil were to make the team outa camp I would be down with trading JT Miller.
Hell I would package him with Staal if he would wave his no trade - mrn22
They are 18 yrs old!!!! IDK....not too many 18yr old can crack the lineup, nevermind two in one year. |

idk man each year it seems more and more youngin's are breaking through, esp the 1st round picks. They for sure picked Lias thinking he could step in this year and from everything you hear about Chytil hes got even more upside. I doubt they both make the team but it isnt so far fetched. |
