I don’t worry about any of that poop I just watch the games and hope the Sabres win. If Bogo contributes I’m happy, if he doesn’t I’m hoping other guys do.
I like the team and want to like every part of it, so I get worn out by all the negativity and nit picking, whatever the source. - Der Kaiser

I turned it on for a few mins this morning while I was getting ready for work. They were talking football. I changed the station at that point. |

So you would not keep bell ? You only get one player for 2 years
But w/e I will do a vote at the end of the year - GERBE!!!75PTS
what you don't get, it changes strategy
would I have taken bell at 2, yes
but it changes the entire draft
I would have reached on hunt a round earlier than he went
I would have 2 rookie back up rb's on my bench in case the starter went down
I would have drafted a younger wr than fitz in the 6th
wentz instead of rivers for backup
bell is one failed drug test away from being out a year

I really like this top 6 as is, but Reinhart is gonna be on an island with his linemates. Pouliot and ????
His stats are not gonna be very good |

i knew i could count on you too. only you could make it seem like what i was saying was debbie downer material instead of realistic and factual. That was Pittsburgh's AHL team, and you and i both know damn well that Bogosian aint playing top 2 mins in the NHL ever. |

How do you see the forward lines with Samson at 3C? |

They're definitely set up to produce a lot more 5v5. should be far more entertaining than getting caved in last year. |

Idk, not really sure. After the 1st game I think girgs with ROR and Okposo works well so
Girgs-ROR--Okposo
Kane-Eichel-Pominville
Pouliot-Reinhart-???
Moulson-Larsson-Erod
Haven't seen anything from Fasching, bailey or Baptiste that says they should play there |

Nobody but you used the phrase "top 2 mins in the NHL" anywhere near "Bogo." All the writer said, and my post echoed was that he "had a good game." And you pissed all over that, like you do every time the poor guy's name is mentioned.
And PS, I'm not alone in that observation, and PS, if you can't see why your inability to just acknowledge the guy had a good game is "Debbie Downer" material, then youre a different kind of helpless than Gerbe, but still helpless. |

id still try pouliot with eichel and put kane with reinhart. Gives you three lines that can produce.
If pouliot (frank)s up then you can switch them back. |

Yeah that makes sense. Reinhart could use the physicality more than Eichel anyway.
But that RW spot is still a mystery. Still early, but let's see what the first round of cuts brings |

Find me the hockeybuzz rule that says i cant and i will gladly shut up.
Whoa whoa. I didnt say he had or didnt have a good game. I merely responded to a post that said "Bogosian good game in big minutes? Impossible." which not so subtly implies a shot at those who said he couldn't, like myself but completely ignores the very obvious point where i meant at the NHL level not against some B team.
Im not going to pat a 5 million dollar pablo escobar wannabe on the back just because he played well and managed to avoid injury against a B team. Thats exactly how Derek Grant got 50 games too many with the sabres last year.
I dont mind the comparison to gerbe, I think you guys are way too hard on him (although i admit at times im left scratching my head). |

Yea it could go to anyone of the three you mentioned. I think Bailey will get on opening day but probably be on a short leash with baptiste and Fasching wanting a shot as well. |

After the way things went last night I would keep the personnel of your top 2 lines, but put Jack's line as 1 and ROR as 2.
Hopefully, the remainder of camp will get one of the young wingers into a groove to get Sam some help, or maybe ERod can continue to impress and earn some 3d line minutes. |

This reveals objectivity and open-mindedness.
PS: responses go here regarding Pysyk and Lehner. |
