They looked capable of scoring at least. Quick and LA PK was pretty solid. Didn't make any mistakes. Canuck PP for both units needed to be crisper in puck movement to find open man for shots on net. Lots of missfires when they did click. Puck possession and entry decent. Chalk it up to preseason rust and lack of familiarity for now. They should do better if they don't lose confidence. Add ace trigger man like BB will help in that.

Chatfield isn't on my radar. He is an undrafted D+2 signing. I have no expectations for him. I assure you I've seen enough of Subban to know I don't like him as a player. Keep reaching

Chatfield had some of the best underlying numbers for D in the OHL last year. If he can give half of what Torey Krug has given Boston, I am down for signing Chatfield as an undrafted D.
