Gudbranson is a fringe top 4, primarily a bottom 6 player, with zero offensive upside, sometimes plays the PK, and will demand a 4+ million cap hit moving forward.

Tallon doesn't give a rats ass about analytics, as he has proven time after time, even after all the analytic boys from Vancouver were hired.

Hrs scored more them 5 times in a season twice in his career, isn't big or good defensively, he's an average 5/6 defenceman on a good team. A5/4 on a crappy team like the canucks. Not as good as Tanev, not as offensive as even stetcher, Hutton, mdz or edler.

So he's slightly better offensively then gudbranson and tanev.

Jezus man . In three games he has some big hits a few goals an at least one assist. I guess some people are never happy . Oh and he saved a goal with some beautiful hustle on a back check , and has looked like one of the best players on the big club and baby club.

Just look at the amount of goals Demers teams give up vs having Gudbranson in Florida. Hard to see in Van last season.
