I think there will be some growing pains with all the new faces. Hoping JV makes the cut.

It's a weird season plus injuries in pre-season/Week 1&2 have had an impact on teams. It's not like the teams that are 2-0 (save maybe Oakland and KC) are expected to go anywhere this season. Besides, teams like NE, GB, Atlanta will all end up with the best records by the end of the season so really until American Thanksgiving, the games don't really matter.

anyone know what the rules are when a player on PTO gets injured? Can that player be cut while still injured? does that player take up a roster spot while injured etc.

A player is still a free agent during a PTO but the insurance is he gets paid under its terms if injured. So he doesn't count toward a roster spot on a PTO.

Personally, I think the whole perfect season thing is overblown, NE was the only team to go 16-0 since the 1972 Dolphins and I really believe them going for it was the reason they ran out of gas in the Super Bowl against the Giants. I'd much rather a team be inconsistent in the early part of the season and then improve over the course of it instead of trying to go 10-0 and beyond. That's how you get injuries to your playmakers and wreck your chances of making a run to the SB.

Do women dig big muscles these days? Thinking about joining a gym for the winter.

For a league with 32 teams & only handful of QB's who can it done says a lot about the game. It explains why only a few teams r true Superbowl contenders every year. Doesn't say much about all the rule changes to benefit QB's does it?
Also running backs r not in enough abundance for play action to work better.

It's a combination that most offensive lines and line play on the offensive side of the ball has been really bad. If your O-line is giving up 4-5 sacks a game, your QB isn't going to be able to do much and your RB is going to have trouble getting positive yardage. The reffing also has been really really bad with calling phantom penalties and ignoring other things.

Several of the games I have watched, it appears to be great coverages in secondary, good pass rushing and great coverage on the run.
