Aah u miss the real point...buggered by his coach is where it began.
All that followed is of no consequence. - Nighthawk
yes. Its pretty sad what happened to him. Travesty that the guy only got what 2-3 years in prison for that. |

He probably blames Canucks management as well.
*puts on thinfoil hat*
Theory of the day: His Russian buddies back home probably already put it in his head that Russians aren't treated fairly here. He came in paranoid about that already and WD/Lidster playing him as the #6 dman on most nights and scratching him to start the season when he was out of shape probably confirmed his suspicions.

He should look up CoHo & get some tips...

That sounds logical. The only source I heard about lockeroom issue was on this thread.
I hope Tree takes advantage of more ice time role on KHL team to develop handling the puck better and with pace. That will add more value now then thnunping guy's for whatever use trade/sign Canucks find. - Nuck4U
Canucks will have new management in 3 years most likely so I think there's a chance he comes back. Could also trade him down the road and potentially recoup the pick they used to draft him.
Wouldn't be shocked if Benning tosses his rights in a trade this season or next summer after hearing that 3 year comment. |

Tree should stick to hockey & get more worldly.
If he wants to live in a bubble then stay in Russia.
If he wants to star in the NHL then do what it takes & shut his pie hole.
One Radulov is enough...
Why many teams r leery of Russians & why they drop down in the drafts. |

I don't see Tree ever coming back to the NHL, no team is going to want to take a flyer on someone who couldn't handle being a rookie and being benched/low icetime and refused to go to the AHL to improve. I blame JB for this whole mess, he never should have negotiated that deal where it was the NHL or nothing and having an out cleuse to go back.
I Just see this as management catering to someone who was high maintenance, and then when faced with the realities of being an NHL rookie D with all that entailed either felt he was too entitled or else wasn't ready for it. It probably doesn't help that he had no real connection in Vancouver to help with the transition. That said, ultimately, JB never should have made that deal with Tryamkin, WD and Lidster should have played him more and Tryamkin himself should have been more willing to pay his dues as a rookie. Just a bad situation all around.
On a side note, the Seahawks are imploding quickly, and this time you can't really pin it on the offense, they put up points/yards/first downs on the board. The D let them down in the 2nd half. |

All possible. Like to read source for that 3 year comment as Codes didn't oblige the info when he brought up the topic.
I have read on CA he signed a 3 year KHL contract. Which we know how easy it is for player to buy out. Though no detail if there is an NHL out clause. Even so would Tree say any different while under contract? Don't think he would talk about leaving home town team before his contract is up.
Everything has a context. So not sure without reading article if this one is alluding to anything more. |

Nikita Tryamkin: I can see myself back in the #Canucks but that’s the subject I’m going to discuss not earlier than in 3 years
Nikita Tryamkin: I wanted to play as much as possible that’s why I left. My icetime never went up, I was always sat in last minutes #Canucks
They may not want him back but that's another topic - VANTEL

The weed comment was a joke he made with a smile on his face apparently. I doubt he disliked the city if he's open to returning down the road.
It looking like this was strictly about ice time. He didn't mention teammates or money as an issue. |

Tryamkin meant it was a big surprise for him that smoking weed is so OK & popular in Vancouver. He actually liked the city and the fans

All in all. Tryamkin liked vancouver, hated the coaching staff and managemenr decisions. He is still a whiny kid for leaving like he did with a new coach being hired.

personally I think he should have signed a 1 yr deal and tried the new coaching staff.
sounds like by that time him and his wife had already decided to leave. |

yes....although I dont think green had been hired at that time.
I was saying perhaps the decision to leave had been made already prior to the firings |

You totally can pin it on the offence. 12 points at home vs San Fran? Really? How much vs GB?
Yes the offence showed today but the D took a powder much like the D in Van...
Seahawks window has basically closed. Only two good receivers with no running game…O line is still suspect…D still looks to be top 5 but if you can't manufacture points well…
They allowed the most rushing yards in a single game (195) in a really long time...
I have them at 7-9 this year.
Maybe 9-7 if they fluke out a few. |
