Boucher on waivers is probably a good indication that Boeser made the team, or did enough to make the team. Boucher's shot isn't needed as much when you have a guy who can pull the trigger like Boeser.

Much like Horvat a few years back...Boeser was never going to Utica. He has been penciled in to the starting lineup for awhile now.

As he should be. He's developed to the point where he needs to be judged against NHL competitors imo. In other words, I think he's earned a look see in some regular season games.
