He'll get there eventually. Staple seems to think he's a lock for the 3C spot. Nelson will pull his annual Houdini recreation act and Barzal will take that opportunity and make his way up the lineup.

Monday night preseason game in Brooklyn against the Devils AHL team.

I think Barzal should be given the 2c just on skill alone. He's the hot hand. What's he have a goal in all three games he's played? If Weight is serious about the best players playing, than 13 earned the 2c thus far I feel. If he keeps playing this well the isles will have a really strong playoff team rolling deep.

Ralph kiner was one of the greatest power hitting baseball players, he played back in the forties and fifties and was the Mets color commentator forever. He was great just had so mamy geeat stories and k ew the game so well. He is similar to stan in that he deteriorated in front of us
