Kane, Bailey, okposo - IonSabres
I think you can probably add Baptiste to the list as well. (unless you were just assuming that Bailey was going to be here this year and Baptiste won't). |

Last football post from me today:
The few dozen players that were kneeling before the anthem prior to this week did so quietly and peacefully and in a non disrespectful way. No issue
45 tweets out crap and the players decide to unify, they are more or less protesting him and his mouth over what the original protest was for in the first place.
My issue was Shady stretching during the anthem, if you want to protest and take a knee with the rest of the team do it, but don't act like it's not being played. That was wrong IMO.
Now on to the game:
Taylor's best game in a long time. Plus he got the win. People looking at the stat line (Douche this is you) only see 213 yards, but what I see is a 77% completion percentage, over 10 yards per reception gain, 2 touch downs, and no INT's. He is not going to be the 300 yard passing QB when he is only throwing 25 times a game. But what he did yesterday against a really good defense is something I would like to see him build on.
The Bills defense is playing that bend down break Jim Swartz type football. It suits them. Next week is a huge test but these guys are pretty good.
Now hockey post:
Antipin is going to make some overly aggressive mistakes, the way Housley is coming across is he would rather those types of mistakes over the overly passive mistakes.
It will be fun to watch this year! - Stripes77
If they win at M-B S, can we say they are scary good? Still undefeated in the Conference. Fasten your seatbelts Bills fans. Can't wait for Sunday

Won't go over well with Lehner the Trump supporter.
I feel like he's just one of those "watch it burn" metal guys |

Lehner may drop anyone who steps out of line. |

Congrats on the Bills win yesterday gentleman. I thought this was going to be a trap game for the Broncos and expected a tight game. Kudos to Taylor for taking advantage of the short passing game. Only part i didn't like was the call on Miller to extend the Bills drive. Would have liked to see the refs let that go with the game in the 4th quarter. Would of at least made for a more interesting finish. Will be observing you guys for the rest of the year now on the march to the AFC playoffs |

If they give the Falcons a tough contest I would say they are good.
I don't see the Bills winning but it is the NFL, I mean the Patriots had to come back from behind against the Texans.
At the very least, it's a good thing the Bills have all of that ammo headed into the draft next year.

Kane-Eichel-Pominville
Girgensons-ROR-Okposo
Pouliot-Reinhart-Griffith
Moulson-Larsson-Baptiste

I'm guessing we're going to see the lines stay pretty consistent now. Let them develop some chemistry.
I know Housley really liked those top 2 in the preseason games they played in so I'm not surprised that he put them back together after doing a bit of experimenting this past weekend.
If anything, the movement we see may be among the bottom 3. Any updates out on the D pairings? |

Defense. Scandella risto. beaulieu-bogosian. faulk-tennyson. Gorges- Antipin. Goloubef Fedun
No McCabe so im guessing this isnt as likely to be the opening day pairings.
If reinharts D numbers carry on as the 3C it would really open things up for Eichel's line. It really sounds like they want him to be the Jordan Staal of the team. |

It would be interesting to see if either Baptiste or Bailey end up getting some time on Eichel's wing in place of Pommer for some shifts to try and keep Pommer's ice time down a bit. Both have the wheels to keep up with Eichel and Kane. |

i know hes getting up there in years, but the 5v5 stuff is hard to ignore. and neither one of baptiste/bailey has shown they deserve to take that spot over a guy who produced at a top 6 rate last year even strength |

I'm not knocking him at all. I think the issue we could be faced with is what minutes are more important for him to play? He's good in every aspect. PP, PK and 5v5.
It could be a way to be able to utilize him in some other situations if need be and could give Bailey/Baptiste and opportunity to take their game to the next level.
Just a thought. It's possible neither of them are on the opening night roster as well. We'll just have to wait and see. |

I guess If I had to pick, I'd keep him off the PP which was already good, and play him on the PK which was abysmal |

If they keep Sam at C, I don't see them rolling out all of 15,23,90 on the same unit.

If it's not broke, don't fix it.
The ONLY bright spot to the year last year was the fact that we had the top PP in the league. |

The big knock on housley/nashville was the PP though. in an effort to fix 5v5 we may have to accept a broken ish powerplay. Im okay with that trade off. |

If that unit is out there for a 1:30, then you have a gassed center on each of your top three lines.
It's probably not a big deal, but even in the instance that we take a penalty while on the PP.
Just seems wise to seperate at least one of them |

That's where having guys that are able to shift around is helpful though. We have quite a few guys that can do C or W. |

I don't think they ever actually sell them in a traditional sense anymore. You have to enter a lottery of some sort to have a chance to buy them. |
