The last "dominating" player we had was Bure.

Could have gone 3 for 3 but don't have any Q prospects this season. I'm talking about player of the week honours. Lind and Dipetrio taking honours home.

I kinda like:

Baertschi - Horvat - Boeser
Sedin - Sedin - Granlund
Vanek - Gagner - Eriksson
Dorsett - Sutter - Burmistrov

If Gagner struggles at C then maybe try Granlund or Burmistrov between those 2. Let Virtanen, Goldobin, Rodin and Dahlen hopefully light up the AHL and call up whoever deserves it when the eventual injuries hit the lineup.

- Nucker101

I think Granlund makes the most sense with Sedins but green has had him at C all preseason.

Eriksson Bo Boeser
Baertschi Granlund Vanek
Sedin Sedin Gagner
Dorsett Sutter Burmistov
Rodin

I agree all the kids should be in Utica sans Boeser, although if Boeser starts to struggle I think they should get him down there quick as well.

and guance
- BobBot

Well....I disagree slightly. Corrado was a game changer but Guance is more generational like Gretzky and Lemieux. Other than that, totally agree

It's defineltey the hardest year to predict the lineup, even Nighthawk is baffled! So many new pieces and only two lines have any history together

remember one of greeners early interviews he said he was going to play granny at C for preseason but he sees him on the wing

still. flexible forward group. many different line combos are feasible.

Right. Not a single line from last season will be the same. Plus PP. TG should have enough options to play with better pace and more scoring.

as
as "yourother team" showed last year play it out and let the chips fall where they may , lottery shines on those who play and act as though it doesn't matter

i believe GMJB has drafted a lot of "playoff style" players , its just making the playoffs might be our struggle

Certainly look to be on the path forward with that lineup though, because of the draft and some lotto luck.

honestly its 1 player , take out McDavid and its a crapshoot roster

but like Canuck fans know a player like that gives the team swagger ala Bure
