Thanks Codes. With all respect I am not taking any offense to the posts. Which is part of what I said I will do. I thought my playful responses are in line with the good banter often seen here. Most of the humor within my replies are digs on me. Not arguing or taking the jabs seriously that are directed my way.. just playing along so to speak. If you look back to my original posts from last night they were hockey related. No one, until you posted, has added to a new hockey topic so didn't have much to go on. Sorry for the long explanation. Look forward to following along with the next hockey topic.

I think you need to look at this from an outsider perspective. The same people you are trying to joke around with, you were fueding with less than 2 days ago. Why on earth would they think that you are joking when you have built such a reputation of being hostile. With all due respect, you have burned so many bridges with fellow posters now, that I would honestly consider never joking with anyone, and strictly talking hockey talk with the ones who are willing to engage with you. That is how you will start to build up respect around here. I am no hockey blog therapist, but some advice:

Post less frequently
Post more objectively
Post your opinion, but realize that people will not, and can not see it the same way (and have the right to not see it the same way)
Realize who you are engaging with (does this poster respect me? If not, don't respond)

I hope you don't take offense to my post, and really take it to heart, as I truly think it is the only thing between you building up respect around here, and also not getting perma-banned.

Post more objectively
Post your opinion, but realize that people will not, and can not see it the same way (and have the right to not see it the same way)
Realize who you are engaging with (does this poster respect me? If not, don't respond)

Appreciate the sincerity. No offense taken. Don't hold grudges. My slate is clean. My only fued was with Pres.Cup and we put that to bed. None of our posts directly or indirectly have been hostile since. Marwood well he can't help himself so not sparked by it. I don't expect agreement on opinions. Never did. Responses are just counter points to foster discussion. Anyway, I'll leave it at that and not explain further as you said people want to talk hockey.

again, with all due respect, but this post just verifies what everyone says about you. Your slate is most certainly not clean. Posters attitude and hostility towards you speaks volumes towards your posts and your history. I don't want to say that you always play victim, but I think you tend to deflect ownership of mistakes more often than you take responsibility.

Another word of advice, do not mention individual names in your posts of people who don't like or agree with you. You are immediately sparking a confrontation. Don't speak of Marwoods name, directly or indirectly, and don't respond to his posts. The same goes for anyone who has ever directly or indirectly, in your opinion, disrespected you.

I guarantee, if you follow everything that I have said today, you will notice that things will be a lot more enjoyable, not only for you, but for everyone in here.
