My family rents a luxury home every Columbus Day weekend.

Last year was on Canadice Lake

This year we got one in Bristol

It's my favorite weekend. There's 12 of us, so the house isn't very expensive, and we just relax, eat and drink for 3 days.

I'll say it again, Bogo looks pretty good. He stays healthy, he could have a 25 point year, easy.

Great Americana pub food at the Lock Stock and Barrel near the ski mountain.

Id recommend that type of vacation to anyone

The houses are great.

Pool, hot tub, arcade room, amazing view, fire pits etc.

And it really isn't a lot of money if you get like 4-5 couples to go with.

As long as you can stand the people you are with for a few days straight

A great dinner for everyone together would be Ember in Livonia. The food is served family style in giant bowls and everyone shares. Really great menu of casual fine cuisine.

Dude (frank)ing ember is the poop!

4 years at Geneseo...i would always take girls there on dates.

Classy as (frank)...amazing food......a tiny bit pricey but not so much that it would break your bank.

The mountain has a zip line course that should be great if the foliage is starting to turn.

I could hook you up with some nutty Dutchers down there who ferment pears into this white lightening they call Schlivovitch. You might go blind but you’ll have the best time of your life getting there.

I have buddies in the next valley to the west. Lederhosen types. Everything is homemade or homegrown. Venison schlivovitch kirsch (cherry based moonshine) bread and soup smoked wild turkey and homegrown veggies. They’re just this side of survivalists. Hermann, Bodo, Rikard and Georgie.
