Mine is a physic nurse. Doesn't ever want to go administrative. She wouldn't ever cheat if that's what you are saying. - manvanfan
Back in the late nineties I had to do 2 weeks in the triage department at the Jubilee Hospital when I was a medic for my company. Awesome experience..

I have real good benefits with my job. She just started a new full time job, had to move for it. She had a schedule last week till mid january. Yesterday someone decided they were going on leave. So they moved her into a different department. She now has a different schedule. 3 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off. Rinse and repeat. It's 3 mornings, then 4 evenings, 3 mornings. Two weeks later it switches. In January she has to start working nights. .
I travel for work weekly. I may have to switch again. Then I will lose more money. At her full time, I would still make $30 grand more then her per year. If I have to change to staying at home. I'm going to lose 20 grand a year. - manvanfan
That is a difficult schedule... you'll be resented like crazy if you prioritize your career over hers but on the same token she shouldn't prioritize hers over yours. |

Vanek produced on an old/stale Wings team last year, I think people are underestimating his talent. He doesn't play defense or win you playoff games but he produces during the regular season. Just don't have Sutter centering his line or play him with the Sedins at 5v5 or he'll struggle like Eriksson did. - Nucker101
I see him with Bo or Granlund to start. |

Lol.... 2nd wife wanted me to not work and forgo 65 per as a sewerage engineer and an additional 95 per with my company so she could do 2 dollar an hour on call shifts with bcas.
Im also an emr.
I did do this for her for 2 years, she went back to school to get her pcp while i stayed at home (halved my earnings for that year)... i did... and she started sleeping around and i wasn't happy watching our child while she went to squeamish to party and play...
Hence i got our child and am working on wife number three....
So.. even if you give her what she wants, you might get (frank)ed, talk lots, stay close and hope you keep positive.

Not piling on but around trade deadline you were arguing both sides of every topic like a middle school kid at high school debate class.

Oh yeah.... getting disqualified from the spelling bee for arguing the interpretation must have done it. |

I started my career 11 years before she did. I'm 7 years older. I have given up everything, cars, places where we live, money. I have to keep making more and more sacrifices for her job. I love her and her daughter. Been together for 6 years now. Wouldn't deny in the past couple months that I haven't thought about leaving, a lot. |

I feel sometimes that the more you give, the more they think they should get until it's taken too far. At some point, I will put my foot down. I put my foot down daily a lot anyways. She listens. Unwillingly. |

Sorry to hear about your female experiences, I hope number three is the one that works for you.
I meet my wife as a blind date at 15 and we are still together for over 40 years

This one is for Booner and other Leaf RC types to appreciate.
Marner scores a goal today on PP described as:
"lighting quick shot"
MDZ scores similar PP goal off a defenders stick yesterday and:
"Goalie was screened on the deflection"
got to love perspective |
