Just seen the video from Edmonton last night. The guy plows into the cop and then jumps out and stabs him.

Yeah, i believe Vancouver has 15 forwards and 9 D right now (Ryan White included in the 15)

Edit: So if Van wants to carry 2 extra dmen, after white is gone one of Dorsett, Boeser, Burm, Archi, Virtanen will be sent down. I think it should be Dorsett

He played 8 minutes because the entire second period was special teams - Archie, I believe had 2 shifts in 2 periods!! Megna had a ton of ice time cus he was killing penalties for 10 minutes. The distribution of ice isn't as cut and dry as some are using it as examples. Anyways, You're missing the point about 4th line minutes - I didn't say Bo and Jake we're on the same level.

It took pages of this debate before someone mentioned something relevant to the ice time for JV argument being put up. Thank you. I agree... JV and Megna's ice time were greatly effected by special teams last night. Not a great sample at all.

I think it would be best to have JV stay at this point. The way he is playing, he may be pencilled in on paper as a 4rth liner but it won't take long for him to work his way up in ice time with these efforts and not to mention injuries. Green eased JV into a role in Utica... he was only getting 12 min a night... was playing 18 late in the season. Even if he slows the transition again... he seems to have done well with Jake so I trust Green's deployment with him. If in a couple of weeks JV looks to be struggling and there isnt available min for him... send him down. Aside from which scraps gets waived(which does not concern me), it shouldn't be a tough decision for JB.

Burmistrov stinks of Linden Vey. I'd make him start and earn his way up from Utica. Not really impressed with him so far. I'd rather Gagner or Granlund play the 4c spot.
