The thing is, it's an issue. But I think a big part of the issue is he feels that the weight of the team is entirely on him. If he allows 1 goal in the SO we're done, because nobody seems to be able to score.

I can guarantee it's a confidence thing. I was hoping that the one that hit the post would help him breathe a bit easier, but the fact that we were 0-2 on our own shots probably acted as a counter to that.

It's frustrating. I get it. I'm super annoyed by the fact that it's this much of an issue. But there's 2 aspects to the shootout and we can't seem to do either right, so blaming Lehner isn't fair.

he gave up his predictable softie and couldnt make a save in the shootout (yes i know post doesnt count, still didnt make the save).

Its not the only thing wrong with this team i get that. but what i cant get past is the same as what feet just said. They had this win. If Lehner got beat by a rocket or something then fine Ill take that. But when you give up a goal like that...just crushes the team.
