I think Griffith is just a place holder until one of the Roch guys steps up. Not expecting much from him but we will see. Really hoping to see Rodrigues back in the line up soon. - MCGUIZZY
I agree Love having his speed in the lineup, and I thought he was having a good camp from everything I've read (red).

Doing something sexist in the public eye is frowned upon and never right.... Dannon has that right as a brand that probably caters to female advertising more than men due to consumption. - JVince11

You can bet that the individual person/persons at Dannon who made the decision probably didn't give two poops about that themselves. However, it was still necessary to keep its brand out of bad favor with the mob that is the court of public opinion. - buffalofan19
So this kind of ties in with the whole race issue that exists in this country, meaning that if you're not African American and/or a woman, you don't know or understand how differently those groups of people are being treated in our society.
I know how to change my own oil. And change a tire on my car. I can open the hood and tell you what just about every single thing is underneath it. I know about gas lines, how terrible gear oil smells and all that good stuff.
Yet, when I walk into a place to get my oil changed (because honestly, it's easier to go somewhere and have them do it) they try to sell me every god damn thing under the sun. Like a freaking Cabin Air Filter for $50 freaking dollars. The same part I can go to the store and buy for like $12.95.
That doesn't even touch on the fact that women get paid less to do the same jobs as men in most areas of the American workforce and generally have to pay more for the same types of products (deodorant, razors, etc).
So while what he said isn't generally insulting to you (a white male), it is to women. And I'm not exactly the over sensitive type. Just trying to point out that there are inequalities. I generally brush them off, but that doesn't mean they don't exist in our society.
What he said was inappropriate, end of story.

No idea where they finish this season, imo they could be as good as a playoof team, and maybe as bad as bottom 10 in the league.
We have a lot of question with a lot of positives, Lehner will be key early in the season, to keep this team in games while they adjust to the new system.
What I do know is that I am much m,ore excited for the season then I was last year.
4-2 Buffalo, Eichel with four point 2g, 2a.
Lets go Sabres!!! - Sabres1523
This is perfectly reasonable, except I get excited from EVERY season.

Me too. Except last year was tough to start the season because of the Eichel injury. Especially since we got to see our superstar go down in practice hours before Matthews goes out and scores 4 goals in his NHL debut. Took a lot of wind out of my sails.

Clearly Eichel and ERod have chemistry. Kane and Reino are a better fit together. And this gives you three legit lines with dangerous players. Just look at the Pens model that we so often want to refer to. Crosby doesn't play with Kessel or Malkin. Jack needs to be the guy on his line. Kane likes to be the guy. Reino is a distributor. The second line just feels right.

How much you wanna bet Goose eats yogurt, because she's a woman? - Der Kaiser
You are just being a troll here Kaiser.... You really want to criticize how a company promotes or views their advertising habits around consumers of their product??
Women, on the other hand were more likely to eat vegetables, especially carrots and tomatoes. As for fruits, they were more likely to eat strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and apples. Women also preferred dry foods, such as almonds and walnuts, and were more likely to consume eggs and yogurt when compared with men.
Learn something instead of being an internet troll today. It is not irony. Get over yourself.

We need 4 wingers still... for the top 9
Hopefully Nylander and Middlestat are two of them in the near future.
