Why not relaunch Little Mosque on the Prairie as Little TeePee on the Prairie or something with Lady Boys for Jero. |

Nothing to write home about. If he can have nights like the opener more often and start producing, he might become worthy of consideration for that second tier but as of now, he simply isn't worth that yet. Benning is ahead of him on the list of keepers as far as I'm concerned- though I doubt Chiarelli and co. are on the same page as me. - MaximumBone
Deal on the table ...
Hamilton and galchenyuk out
Klingberg and skinner in
This also allows me to pick up mike smith and drop lundqvist as I’ve got mony and gaudreau as well-
(kinda needed to shed a flame if I want another in smith if ya follow my meaning. 4 players from one team is far too many
Whaddya think ? |

Does your league counts shots, time on ice and PP points? Either way, Id say you're likely on the better end of that with Skinner being a consistent 55-65 point, volume shooter and on a team that I think will do well enough to avoid major +/- issues. Far better than Galchenyuk is likely to do.
As for the Dmen, you risk losing shot totals and possible +/-, but only really if Klingberg doesn't rebound. I think Dallas will be much better and with that will come more chances for Klingberg to come close to or match Hamilton. Beyond that, Klingberg is likely looking at more consistently getting 22+ mins a game while Hamilton is likely closer to 20.
I'd say the potential gain on Skinner and Smith is greater than the potential drop off between Hamilton and Klingberg. Hell, with Dallas's PP units you could even see better production from The Kling. |

No +\- In our league. Dumb stat that penalizes drafting players from Mediocre teams.
No TOI either.
G, A , P, PPG,PPA, shots, def points, SHP, PIMs
(Love def point category as it makes most of them so much more valuable than just basically what a lesser forward would accumulate. That said- Brent Burns/Karlsson are absolute beasts in our league)
Feel like galchenyuk is a question mark and could maybe explode for more goals, but skinner is the far safer bet.
Also think Hamilton has the higher ceiling perhaps, but Klingberg on that pp could go off. Maybe I lose on shots, but prob even out on points. Such an underrated player. Had 58 two seasons ago and the “bounce back” spoken of was still 49 last year!
End of the day, it’s probably a sideways move at worst, that then allows me to grab smith. |

Pretty much. Really, without this deal you'd be counting on Galchenyuk to have a career season to even match Skinner's normal season. Way better to take the deal. |

I called it bad based on point totals alone... you didn't provide the league scoring parameters for me to make a better assessment. Plus picking Smith over Lundqvuist is not smart. |

Meanwhile, I've got both and Allen runnng my goaltending... I may be in for a rough season in net- but then again, I usually am.
My defense is rocking Karlsson, Hedman, Klefbom and Hamilton to name a few |

I was just jokin anyway.
Whatev, it’s close.
But yeah, not sure I agree about smith.
Its not that I think smith is the far superior goalie. Probably closer than some think imo.
But more that I believe the flames are better than the rangers. And in an easier division.
That’s pretty much what it often comes down to as goalies are so tough to predict from year to year. Assuming theyre not a total sieve, I kinda Pick based on the team in front of em.
Other than a few guys like price etc putting up numbers, tough to gauge
And in our league Weve watered down goalie value abit (3/13 categories) so I generally don’t pick em high and miss out the tippy top |

How the eff did U get that defence ??
Shallow league ? Playing against morons ? Pick them early and leave some forwards out there..?
I kinda left defence alone the first few rounds as the hedmans, burns and Karlsson we’re gone anyway so I concentrated on forwards.
Josi my top guy. Not perfect, but I’ve got decent depth of the next level guys. (Josi, Klingberg, oel) |

I think I had a pretty sweet defense when I did fantasy last season too. Hedman was there, think I may have had Karlsson or Burns. Think I managed to get bandaid-letang. I came in second or something. |

I picked D in two of the first three rounds and then went from there. I always do well with picking forwards in later rounds and breakout candidates so I choose to focus on my blueline early to ensure I've got scoring coming from there, as well. Great scoring on D is harder to find later than good scoring at F.
Despite the D focus, I still managed to get Benn, Ehlers, Toffoli and a few other good ones to run my forward ranks.
As for my league, it's a 10 person snake draft on ESPN that goes like, 20-22 players deep iirc. |
