A major disaster may be threatening a National Hockey League game that is so far still scheduled to take place this evening.

According to a breaking news report from Sportsnet analyst Eric Francis, the game scheduled between the Anaheim Ducks and the visiting Calgary Flames is "up in the air" due the Anaheim Hills Wildfire.

The massive 2000-acre brush fire has devastated the Anaheim area, with several people already losing their homes to the fire, and now according to Francis it seems that the fire may be enough of a safety concern that it could lead the NHL to cancel the game.

No word yet on when the final decision will be made.

Unfortunately you couldn't make a trade with Reinhart, imo not now ..buffalo would not receive a fair deal?don't trade when their at their low value. .maybe throw him on the Echel wing?..perhaps? One thing the Sabres won't put with is for much longer. .hopefully!

That's true!..I agree. .but after the preseason games and practice. .these guys need a team meeting! They should be able to defend a little better than they have?

Eichel with 0 SOG in almost 20 minutes of ice time is inexcusable.
