Not sure of Edler injury status, but if a call up is required, do they call up a defenseman (Holm McEneny Chatfield) or do they call up a forwatd (Goldobin Chaput Megna)?

I don't think it was a mistake. It was preseason. Archie brought a physical presence and a good forecheck but that's not enough anymore even for a 4th liner.

TG has fallen into the trap of "winning".

Granlund 9th in TOI. Sucks at faceoffs.
Gagner can't play defence. Why put him on the "shutdown" line with Sutter.
Sedin's leading the PP time.
Hutton with 20 minutes of EV time.

This team won the first game because Sedin's played 3rd line minutes.

Team looked so much better in preseason because the "kids" were given the minutes.
