One player can't do it all! Losing Leon hurts but can't see him missing many more games. But after those 2, the other being McDavid of course. Their depth takes a quick dip.

Also goaltending is tricky, some goalies can be good one year, and stink the next. Talbot could have a bad year, never know. Probably only around 5-7 goalies (current) that have been consistent throughout their careers.
