Thanks Carol,

I enjoyed the game despite them getting whooped. Glad to see the Sedins and Vanek stick to 14-16 min. I imagine it will be tough for them to get used to reduced ice time but thought Vanek played decent again.

Hutton was an adventure but could of had two goals had he had some puck luck/ skill. He certainly makes some mistakes with the puck but his skating puts him in positions to score every night. I think if they continue to let him play it will start paying off.

Burmistov looked good again and MDZ as well, both were very solid signings by Benning. Gagner not so much, they need to find a role for him.

Boeser's skill is undeniable but I think he still struggles with the speed of the game. I think he should be in Utica as much as that would be less exciting.
I thought Stecher was better but still looks like he needs a guy like Edler to play with at this point of his career.

Markstrom had a really bad night, I blame Green for that as well, I thought he could of made a switch after the Hamilton goal, the team looked pretty down at that point.

Glad Green limited Bo in the 3rd, once again shows he is willing to make changes on the fly. Horvat will be fine but didn't have a very good game. I think they need to rethink his linemates and get him a playmaker to control that line. Gagner perhaps?

Are you starting a 'Carol Graph'?

What's the intersection point, at the "O" or the "A"?

I was just trying to be the one to get a "you're welcome"

Agree, Markstrom shouldn’t have even been playing. Green needs to give his head a shake. Gagner with Bo could be interesting. Need to split that line up for a few games.

Marky simply looked flat for his 4th game in a row. Think its time to let Nillson run with the starters role for awhile. Idk if JB thinks Marky is a true starter & had TG forced into it or if TG is pushing to find out where he stands with Marky by overplaying him. I still say he is not good for 60+ games a year. 45 at most & only a starter til Demko gets the nod or Nillson steals his job. Tankers oughta luv how its going so far lol

Marky is doing a great job losing, don't rock the boat.

The one positive everyone keeps repeating is that JBs one true strength is his player assessment and drafting. If people are starting to question that strength what is left?

At this precise moment can this franchise afford a GM who is learning as he goes? For a rebuild not to take 10 years does every move a GM make (trade, draft, or otherwise) need to be a homerun regardless how unreasonable that seems?

I expected Markstrom to be pulled after that 5th goal, but i'm glad they didn't actually.
No need at that point.
We do not need to torpedo his confidence at this stage.
I agree with Don Cherry on this one (switch goalies between periods, not during the game)
