Ennis hardly played last year. Reinhart and foligno where with jack last year ( mostly)

Last year Jack player with Reinhart as his RW mostly
LW rotated throughout the season, but I think Kane got the most playing time there

If we can get our special teams fixed (yeah, they matter) and then just get O’Reilly & Okposo scoring, we're gonna start winning games
I like Reinhart as the 3C,
but we need to put some young talent with him that can score
He’s been stuck with mostly Pouliot (who looks done) guys like Griffin & Larsson

Reinhart and Foligno for most of the year last year.

Pominville every game this year, Kane a few games and Girgensons last game.

Kane Eichel and Pominville have 20 points so far between them. The Sabres have only scored 11 goals.

Only 5 guys have 2 or more points, and it goes 2, 3, 6, 7, 7. Only 7 players have a point. Through 5 games. That's awful.

I like your thinking and proposed line-up. Very logical. It injects significantly more speed into the line-up while providing more stability on the back-end. When Bogo/Falk return, Housley can sit one or two of Antipin/Gorges or Beaulieu.

If Lehner doesn't turn it around quickly, I would give the reins to Johnson. If Johnson doesn't run with it, give Ulmark a chance.

If Dan Arritt is correct and Housley put Kane back up with Eichel and Pominville it's another blunder. I said it before and I'll say it again and again until it sinks in permanently - Eichel/Kane pairing is not nor has it worked in the past. Move Reinhart up to work on Jacks line.
If your so gung ho on putting Kane up on first line then move Jack to the second line. And we all know Jack is the leader on this team and the best player so that's not going to happen. Stop cramming Kane down Eichels throat.
