I don't think TL is disliked by Bettman. I think it's the opposite. If I remember correctly TL was a catalyst in getting a CBA deal done. I'm assuming that would have been appreciated by Bettman.

NHLPA eventually caved. maybe it should have happened sooner?

I'm not sure if Bettman hates us, doesnt make sense to single the Canucks out, different ownership, management and players during Bettman's reign. doesn't like the city? idk.

none of the discipline stuff ever seems consistent.
