Yeah I mean, Guddy and MDZ are exceeding expectations in my mind SO FAR, hope they keep it up and start scoring. I was seriously fist pumping when Jake scored tonight. That kid just seems to get better each game, and he's really jelling with the Sedins. Its actually fun to watch.

That was a fist pump goal with a fuk yeah from JV.... came back he broke up the rush stole the puck and drove in looking for pass then followed up blocked shot with BB type snipe top corner for game winning goal in score less game. That's impressive.

Not me. I tried going last year when I was there, but no games on. I think Vanhockey guy, watches them regularly. Both seem to be on fire to start the season. Closest Junior to me is a 7 hour drive to Prince George.

He did a solid in pre-game warm up to the kid asking for a stick. Not sure if that counts for anything.

He had limited minutes and scored 50 points last year. I was hoping for a similar effort. It is still early, and if everyone can find a way to click at the same time this team could be "real good"

I didn't write off JV as much as idc how long it takes to for him to get better.
He might be an in hindsight type of pick for most ppl being Ehlers or Nylander looks good still doesn't JV has a high ceiling we have let happen in due time

You can add me there too. I still like him as a pick over the skilled winger option because of the game he can bring. You'll still hear he's only a bottom six player but I like what Bertuzzi said about him.

Yup. Bertuzzi knows its not easy on a PF to get the luv when drafted & not instant impact.. When it happens its gold. Impatience got us him pretty cheap.

I think this year as Sedins take a step back they are taking the step up .
