That's some quitter mentality ..

Best thing to do is to fail and learn from your mistakes and not be scared ..

- GERBE!!!75PTS

Wrong.

If you dk what you're talking about you keep your mouth shut PERIOD!

Have knowledge in the topic at hand otherwise you come off as(and grow up to be) a know it all douche bag who talks out his ass.

We all know that guy that won't shut the fvck up and has to interject in every topic like he has a phd in it.

You were never been taught/learned "be seen but not heard" "When you assume you make an ass out of you and me." Both valid life lesson.

The losers mentality comes from people running their mouth about things they have zero clue about and their friends stand behind them instead of letting them get smacked in the mouth. This describes you and from the comments stated here your brother. A little respect goes a long way. More and more it seems as though you're no sh!tts given.

You've talked about a man's wife and children. That's not funing around, that's a clear lack of respect.

The life lesson is going to come when your friends aren't there or say fvck it he's/they've had it coming.

Neither of you would last in my circle. There's a reason why lions eat their young. I've choked out a few friend for being assh0les on several occasions. It's a lesson from a time where if you were able to drank underage at a place and you're older siblings were there, they flat out told you "don't fvck up in here or whom ever it is is going to be the least of your worries."

If you'd shut the fvck up and listen/read/comprehend what's being sad to you from time to time, you'll end up being a better person. In the end I feel that's all many on here are trying to do for you.

He doesn’t owe me any respect, I’m just some guy on the Internet. He owes EVERY guy the respect to not talk about wife and kids.

I’m sure if he wasn’t just some asswipe on the internet, but was Christian J sitting at a table with you and me, he WOULD keep his mouth shut.

And if he didn’t, he’d learn.

I am all for people expressing themselves, but there is no need to be a bunghole about it.

There are consequences for actions, and some haven't learned that yet.

This place would be better if we could perm-aban about 5 people.

Its unbearable right now.

I come on here to read about hockey opinions and say how sucky Buffalo sports is.

not to watch (I'm hoping grown ass adults) act like two year olds.

I mean. I've admitted to being a semi-troll and I know I push buttons but last night was unbearable even for me. I've never seen such immature ranting in my adult life between adults.

This thread, or shall I say trends of current threads, is typical millennial keyboard warrior type stuff. I assume there's a mix here of ages but most everybody seems to be in the 30-50 range. We don't play that poop! (full disclosure I'm 43). This is supposed to be a decent place to come and discuss stuff. I don't blow people up when they're talking about stuff I'm not interested in, I just don't participate. You're opinion on everything is not necessary, nor warranted, nor necessarily respected. the need to express your opinion, because you feel it is so necessary, is called narcissism. Look it up, learn something, and for Christ's sake shut up every once in a while. (If you feel this post was for you, it IS. If you're completely oblivious and have zero self-awareness, you will continue to be an bumhole and pretend this wasn't meant for you).

I don't know if it's fair to kill House or JB right away....1/2 of their defense should be in the AHL

Bogo
Beaulieu
Georges
Falk

all injured.

I do wish they would bring Guhle up instead of skating Zach Redmond

EDIT: That was a HELL of a shot by Griffith...hope now that he got the first one out of the way more start to come

It would be insane to call for either of their heads at this point.

To me the biggest issue is that the general expectation was so high and the team hasn't found "it" yet. Botterill and Housely are still trying to figure out what they have in this team and the team isn't really giving them anything to show who they are.

I honestly never thought I would anticipate Bogo coming back, but with the team believing in him enough to have an A this year, I have to think he could provide a spark.

yesterday was just set up to be a stinker. We played the night before and Columbus had been sitting at home with no game played since Saturday. It's not surprising the wheels fell off the bus halfway through the second. By that point we were pretty gassed and Columbus had the fresh legs.

That said, I was seriously hoping they'd manage to get a win. We've seen this type of story play out far too many times. For once it would have been nice to get a W in this situation.

Hopefully now that some guys seem to be returning to health they get back to what we saw more of the to games prior to last night.

Even if Bogo comes back in soon, don't expect him to look like he has any clue of what's going on until mid year. That's probably the part about his injuries that's the most frustrating. He takes FOREVER to get back up to game speed it seems.

This is what worries me about the "let the real good prospects play in the AHL for as long as possible". It works in Pittsburgh because they had the best two centers and one of the best defensemen in the game on their NHL roster for a long period of time. The Sabres don't have that luxury.

I definitely agree with you.

Maybe the extra time for this injury is to not rush him back into the lineup.

Or maybe it was a set back.

I am hopeful that they can have a Nashville-type turn around (not making the playoffs realistically) to show that they are moving in the right direction.

Him getting up to game speed has nothing to do with whether or not he's still going to have lingering issues from the injury. It has to do with the fact that he's just not the type of player that does well jumping back into the game after being out with injury. Some guys can, some can't. His timing is just off and it takes him FOREVER to figure it out.

An Erat for Forsberg type deal would help too.

He could have been our Erat.

My biggest thing is that I can't be on here to defend my comments for certain stretches, so then I just let it go until I have the time.

usually by then, someone else has taken the ball and achieved what I was hoping to.

Either take your licks and stink or play your best 18 in the organization and try to make the playoffs for the 1st time in 7 yrs.

I get the we want Rochester to be competitive mentality but sometimes enough is enough.

I would've liked them to bring in a guy like Scottie Upshall instead of needing to claim Nolan or have Griffith here.

I have a habit of hitting the quote button, starting a post, re-reading it, trying to change it so I don't sound like more of an ass than the person I'm calling out, and then end up just hitting the back button because at the end of the day, it's not even worth it.

But I have gone the route of actually posting it from time to time. Most of the time just typing it out and not hitting submit is therapeutic enough for me though.

Moulson will not be here next year once his bonus is paid. A team with cap room will take Moulson and his $2 mil salary at that point.
