(frank) no. Her sister is not in a place to have a kid. Finally turning her life around. Went back to school and finished, got a decent job. Tons of debt. The guy is a drunk/ drug addict construction worker who kicks her out once a month. Cheats on her every month. Yes she knows but "she loves him".

Oh yeah I couldn't help with that. A buddy of mine just bought down in California but he paid cash. He had problems with getting the place because he didn't have a form of US identification. They made him take a test. A few other goofy things too.
