His offense is going to dry up, he's probably already produced like half of his offense for the season by now lol. But if keeps playing this way in terms of style/effectiveness, I think he'd get a 2nd potentially, 3rd at worst.

His career playoff numbers are the one thing that might scare some teams.

I agree. His offence is going to drop off but if they continue to use him in this role he'll still have what can be considered for him a good offensive season I think. Health a big factor without a doubt.

JV making strides and playing responsible game. Digging out puck, checks, set ups and using heavy shot.

This progression will do JV good later in career and on line with EP. Their speed together will be more effective then what he's able to squeeze out of slower playmaking Sedins.

Good thing for JV is no more trade and bust chatter.
