Probably pretty big fan after his 3rd 40+ point season

I was responding to this.

When he finds out how to do a controlled zone exit i will start to warm up to his "leadership" "toughness" and his "intangibles"

I bet you were a huge Janick Weber fan with his 11 goals

Its a cold wind though... It snowed briefly yesterday here in Qtown. Had it on the ground 4 times last month.

We need rain simply because we went 4 months almost without a drop.
I'm just whining because we haven't put on the winter tires yet and we have to get to Vancouver tomorrow for our trek to Seattle via Amtrak. Oh, and it's Nov. 2 and it's bloody snowing!!!

- Marwood

Safe travels.... though I hear the ferry is nice direct to Seattle from Island too.

People really forget how bad the Flames Oilers Minny were back in those days, it sure helped playing them so many times a year.
- VANTEL

For sure, but the comparison between these 2 players is still ridiculous.

Nah, you should know by now that I'm the one telling people to calm down during career high seasons. I was the biggest debbie downer on Shawn Matthias when he had a career year here.

That's why the nhl changed the divisions and put us with the cali teams, back to back pres trophy winners didn't sit well with bettman.

It is supposed to be beautiful but can be pretty rough at this time of year, definitely an option for the summer. The train sticks to the waterline most of the way to Seattle, supposed to be very scenic.

If you want to talk epic ferry trips, the ferry from Port Hardy to Prince Rupert is stunning! We were lucky to get a clear, warm summer day. Unforgettable!!

Missed out on trading him back then too

Hope that means if for example DD or someone else having a career or resurgent year get traded. Make room for those developing prospects and add to futures.

Ahh yes... open waters of De Fuca are more rough crossing over the Golf Islands route. Enjoy the train ride I usually drove close to it on Chackanutt drive over I5 but you'll get to see so much more. I remember doing Alaska cruise up through that Port Hardy area. It was majestic

Seems so. Though having just one who can skate well enough is a good mix for the puck moving D and team chemistry.

At least until you can get a stud like Hedman. Which isn't in the cards. So keep Guddy for now. Draft one of the new age D types in this daft to join OJ.

By the way where does Tree as a hockey player show up on the spectrum? He seemed he wanted to develop his puck moving over thumping skill set.

At some point as his contract ends, whatever anybody feels about him personally, he'll be looking to leave KHL for NHL again. If it pays off with lots of KHL ice time he develops puck moving game he's an asset to move or bring in, right?

Chuckanut is beautiful .The wife and I take it sometimes if we head down to the casino. All along there in Anacortes and Mount Vernon some great little towns. You will probably not be doing the sight seeing drive but if you have never taken Chuckanut it is worth the 15 minute detour

Another great place. I will always remember that place when a very big yacht came in the channel and realized his boat was too big and tried to turn around. It was like watching a Chinese lady trying to park a car.

It's entirely fair

Gudbranson was paired with Brian Campbell for an entire year on a playoff team and still didn't produce.

- Nucker101

Yeah, but the thing about Campbell is.... the thing you need to remember about Campbell is... that Campbell is....but the thing about Campbell is.... the thing you need to remember about Campbell is... that Campbell is....but the thing about Campbell is.... the thing you need to remember about Campbell is... that Campbell is....I do not have an answer for this one.
