Yes, I saw this after I posted the blog. I had heard that Corrado was called up when Schultz was injured but hadn't given it any real thought in the meantime.

He has played in the two Alberta games after Hunwick went down. Will be interesting to see how he fares tonight.

Fair enough.
It appears that Frank never quite lived up to the hype that some placed on him.
Even Babcock was throwing shade the other week.

I'm also curious why Reaves is playing tonight.
I don't think he'd have a dance partner with this roster. At least i hope not.
Guddy better keep that hand healthy. No sense breaking it on a goon like that.

When we waived Frankie and lost him to Toronto, didn't we keep Biega up?

DD? then again, I hope our leading scorer doesn't get goaded into a fight and a long stint in the box. we need him on the ice and producing.

Where is Pedan? ahl?

How many people here would prefer to see Biega over Gudbranson? Biega over Stecher?

USHL produces more NHL players then the QMJHL over the past couple of years.

Guddy > biega.
Stretch > biega.
Guddy > stetcher

I got no problem playing biega when injuries occur. And they always occur.
I'd be ok with sitting someone like stretch occasionally and calling up the bulldog too

Biega has been the best out of all 3 so far this season, but it's still early.

I haven't been able to watch the past couple games closely, so i can't comment on that.
I recall noticing Biega the other day, throwing some bigs hits and playing his usual bulldog game, which is always appreciated by the fans.

He should still go down when Edler is back.
I've never been as impressed when they've tried to play him as a forward...

I would agree with that. Small sample size but biega statistically has been better

Biega has produced 0 points in 5 games and the team has scored 1 goal or less in 3 out of his 5 games. The team before Biega scored no less then 2 goals in every game.
There are a ton of other factors like who they played yada yada. When I see Biega play, I see a player that hits people hard. Skates hard, even gets chances but never finishes, so if he is getting the chance then he's probably taking a chance away from someone who might actually put the puck in the net.

I'll go out on a limb and say that even the slightest suggestion that Biega is somehow responsible for a lack of offence from this club is hilarious.

Interesting (almost) trade talks.

Word on three-way: Duchene to OTT, Turris to NASH and not exactly sure on COL. Ekholm’s name came up, but no certainty he was in final deal
— Elliotte Friedman (@FriedgeHNIC) November 4, 2017

update:
Last note: Turris (NASH), Duchene (OTT), haul of picks and maybe prospect or two (COL). No Ekholm.

Guddy brings the same amount of offense.

If everyone is healthy, I hope JB makes a trade.

Trying not to become attached too much to any of our players.
