I really think having kane with eichel will help inflate kane's value, come trade time.

Same thing with sam, deflate his stats by not playing with eichel. More affordable contract. Having him "fend" for himself, so to say

He's got 13 points in 14 games. Sure he's only got 2 points in his last 5 games, but even the best players go a little cold at times, he had 7 shots last game and no points, so it's not like he's fallen off the face of the Earth. He is literally the last guy I'm concerned about right now.
