Tough to say IMO. Cap dumps happen, but usually it's concerning either more term or cap than Moulson would carry after the contract bonus is paid. If this was 2 years ago, I'd agree it would take a 1st to start discussions...being that he's in the last year and a third of the contract will already be paid, I'd imagine the price would be much less.
