not at all, i happen to like housley as well but i think he felt some of the heat when they opened things up and got burned a couple times. its much more responsible hockey for the most part but as has been said before you're not gunna win too many games with 1 goal. - Sabresfan-365
I agree...they got smoked back-to-back by nyi and njd...he reigned it in on the road trip...
I think having risto out doesn't help in the goal-scoring category despite him not scoring a goal yet this season

I think their talent is more evenly dispersed between all four lines and all three defense-pairings...to me, the sabres are very top-heavy...and that's not to take anything away from neal or even perron...
plus I think that gallant has them playing a simpler game that's working out pretty well right now... - Michael Pachla
Problem is, the top outside of Eichel, and how Kane has played this year, isnt all that good either.
ROR is solid, but is a ghost half the time he plays.

after a slow start, he's been much better...Pouliot has been feeding of that as well...Okposo has been doing a lot of things right lately just hasn't been putting the puck in the net...
confidence is another thing that's not only lacking, but lack of confidence is also something that's really hard to overcome
This team is poopity. I was praying that with the additions on the D that we could at least contend for the last playoff spot, but then reality hit and we are worse off then last year. if it looks like poop, smells like poop..................
And I have to give credit to marvel they just turn everything into gold we managed to (frank) up everything - gerbe75pts
they had a good thing on amc last night after talking dead, the secret history of comics...last night was it's premier and they did it on stan lee and marvel comics
