They made a purposeful effort to rebuild ... they fumigated the 2nd floor and the scouting/development system plus they rebuilt through the draft with competent people.

We could use a page or two from that playbook ... in the meantime, stop abusing your fans by selling them an AHL level product and lower ticket prices.
