Thanks for the scuttlebutt. I have a few questions/comments:

1) regarding looking for a #1, what the heck would that cost? Probably half the teams in the NHL are looking for a true #1.

2) regarding EROD, this is good to hear. Due to his injury, he seems to be the forgotten one. From what I can remember, he had good wheels and hockey sense. With Rhino not working out as #3C, why not give EROD a chance?

3) regarding bolstering Rochester, this is a good thing. Create a winning culture there. God knows the Pegula sports franchises could use a winning culture somewhere.

This season is about seeing who fits, keeping the future in rochester (winning), shedding some of the $/ years left on the "tank" core and getting that defenseman.

I tried to do some back reading to see if the Gudas slash was talked about yesterday at all, but decided it wasn't worth reading through whether or not Carey Price is a pedophile and all that...

So anyway...

Gudas has an in person hearing for trying to decapitate Perreault last night. I feel like anything less than 10 games and the NHL has failed miserably.

most of us that have wives did actually at one point live on our own..

its 2017 not 1943 home lives are shared.. My wife currently is working a full time job and getting her masters on line, therefore i do probably 95% of the cleaning and over 50% of the cooking.

i also don't live in a 800 sq foot apartment by myself. i am doing this for a family of four in a 3000 sq foot house..

if you can't handle one person in a tiny apartment how are you supposed to survive in life?
