I agree that mccabe is overrated, e rod and mittlestat havnt proved anything yet.

Our drafting has been brutal.
Risto was a good pick at 8. Back to back 40 point seasons on a bad team.

its a good question. we are all looking at it from the POV that byslma and murray were canned because they weren't winning, so these guys were brought in to win.

maybe behind the scenes they were starting over again the whole time?

Agreed, but now what? Kind of feels like either way fans have to be patient till new management can round out the core and fill the rest with competent players.

Okposo felled by a totally unforseeable disease. He hasn't come back as we would have liked. He might have once been seen as a candidate for the core, but it doesn't appear that will work out. That misfortune doesn't change the quality of the pick up at the time.

Reinhart. He isn't filling the role he was drafted to fill, but we know his draft class was viewed as weak. He can still be a valuable player in his new role, but I'm not beyond using him as currency in the right situation.

Lehner. Raw talent who I love as a guy, but I don't see the raw talent coming together as a refined high skill tender. I takes him too long to get re-composed if he has to go down on the first save.
