Eichel. Kane are the only current forwards i would keep. The problem is NO ONE is taking okposo,moulson,oreilly,bogosian salaries. I believe you trade reinhart,nylander oreilly and start rebuild. Reinhart and nylander are going to turn out like all our other junk,soft, lazy and not competitive. My team would be built around kane eichel,risto and guhle and mittlestat, maybe cliff pu when they both come out. All the other stuff they suck.

If they trust he has changed,i would sign him and trade oreilly.pouliot and larsson are gone,you cant win with that junk. The problem is stories like the lamborghini in LA with eichel are not good. When he secures another 36 to 50 million and eichel has 80,can you trust they will be productive and not partying. I think the reason they get rid of CITIZEN Kane is because of influence on eichel

We need to play them where they can meet reasonable expectations

Really has nothing to do with wanting him to play blue collar more thinking if he exerted the effort he flashes at times more often he would be next to unstoppable. Don’t take my word for it, take it from the players. Way to make fun of Crosby for tricking him into passing it to you. Loved Sid and Sheary dominate from that point on and talk poop to Eichel after Sid passed it what should’ve been right to him again on the OT winner.

The goaltending situation can't be overlooked either. Lehner's an RFA but thats a 4 mil qualifying offer and Johnson has been a mess. Ullmark probably takes the back up spot but maybe you shop around and see if there's another young goalie out there.

Seriously though, you have pouliot and okpos on your second line. They are horrible.he was run out of edmonton. He is playing for another contract. You cant win in the playoffs with that being your second line. I know we all have forgotten what it takes to win in the playoffs, with 90 percent of our players, we cant win
