It's like this: The GM is a Richard to the assistant GM, who is then a Richard to the Supervisor, who is a Richard to the team lead, who is then a Richard to his workers, who are then miserable (frank)s to each other and anyone within their line of sight.

People see this, they're miserable as a result. Everyone blaming the GM, and the coach, and the players, and the injuries and the contracts and all signs lead right back to good ol' Uncle Terry Pegs and his right hand man, Russell Brandon.

2 years is much too short of a time to evaluate long-term success. You need at least 3 to shape your roster, refine your system and execute your vision.

Rex Ryan had a .500 record in Buffalo, had the team competing and NOT GETTING BLOWN THE (frank) OUT and badly wanted to be here and WIN here. He bought in to Buffalo 100%. That is what I want in a coach. That said, if he's sitting at 5-5 right now like the Bills currently are, he'd for sure be fired but a 1st year coach gets a pass on literal idiotic coaching decisions so far. Rookie HC or not, he went from a savior to a fool real quick.

With GMTM, his 'vision' was moving forward, albeit slowly. The entire team tuned out their coach, who obviously in hindsight WAS THE RIGHT COACH FOR THIS TEAM because he knew their limitations and tried to get them to play system hockey, which they didn't want to play last year and so far this year, they clearly cannot grasp system hockey or still refuse to play it.

How many people hired and fired since Pegula bought the teams? How many people being paid to not work for him? How many times he's gone back on his word?

Lindy ain't going nowhere. Regier? What's he done wrong? Rolston. LaFonatine? Ted Nolan? Tim Murray? Dan Bylsma? Doug Whaley. Doug Marrone (who is currently guiding THE JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS TO A DIVISION TITLE yet THIS IS THE GUY PEGULA DIDN'T WANT TO PAY!?!?!?), Rex Ryan, the list goes on and on....

Not quite sure if thats how it went down. Tpegs loves throwing big money at everyone, just not Doug Marrone? Doug had teen agers at the time and took the $ and spent time with his family. That's what I heard anyways. At some point he publicly regretted the way be left. The nfl didn't agree with the way he handled it and he rebounded as a o line coach. Basically a stepping stone job .

Jack is actually talented, that's unfortunately how professional sports work. He's still a center piece and franchise guy.
It's definitely easier to over look "the warts" when your gifted .

The bills were huge party guys. Again, their talent covered up the party life style. It really cost us in the superbowls.

You haven't heard that? I never said Mario was the rapist, he was just in the same hotel room in another bed. Quinn was actually arrested, but ultimately no charges were filed. Doesn't mean it didn't happen as we've seen lately women don't speak up for any number of reasons.

It really dosent take a genius to figure out that there is one common denominator between these two teams... and they are both a complete train wreak.
