Watch the return big boy! Eating part of his $$ makes him more appealing for teams capped strapped, GMJB knows what he is doing. Evander is the top trade market forward (at this time) and having it out there (eating some cap hit) makes the return teams willing to give up - exciting!
What is Myers bringing back? Duff Wings!! - Irish 14
To be fair, many reports have come out stating no team is interested in giving Kane a long term deal. We we see how true that is with teams like Van and EDM.
I still see a Kane for Tanev Deal.
If we can take Dorsett and Eat Kanes Celery we can squeeze out a 2nd rd pick, maybe.

IF they are winning in the AHL, why would they get their skulls stomped in?
unless you are in the house of the AHL team has to be good, which is such a crock of S*(&% - ImThatGuy
Yet the current GM of the team thinks they need to win there first...
Also we have seen the Baptistes, Faschings, Baileys already.
They aren't ready for big minutes in the NHL yet.
Nylander is coming off an injury where he didn't play for almost 3 months but yeah lets throw them to the wolves again and just keep the losing culture going.

A prime example of this is Reinhart. He skips Rochester, looks great for the first season, declines for what looks like the next two years. The first year all were saying it was a great idea to keep him, I even became convinced at the half way point.
Given that maturity is what his big issue seems to be (rumored), wouldn't forcing him to become a professional in Rochester be the best thing?

Oh, the culture thing.
Culture only is talked about when a team is losing.
You know what creates "a good culture", talent.
You build your team with a good culture, and Ill build it with the most talent.
Culture and Grit are two things that i hate the most.

Haven't we learned this yet? - gcomella34
Or, maybe, he just is not as good as we thought. The entire Reinhart family has turned out to be not so great.
I'm so glad AHL time helped Luke Adam, Nathan Gerbe, Mark Mancari, Cory Conacher.
All AHL greats that came through the system.

That's the other thing.
He's been groomed to be an NHL'er since a very young age. He had the smarts, and hockey IQ down, which is what usually holds young players back for a few years.

Also watching on the iMac allows me to have half the screen the game and the other hockeybuzz. That's a staple as we all need each others support to get through this.
Usually get to see cabin be sarcastic, kaiser be cryptic, at least two we need to sign Kane vs trade him arguments, Chilliard drop something in his toilet, graced by Gerbe (only if they're losing ) , Beady lose his poop, homie say special teams don't matter, and everyone say Goalie X sucks.
For accurately identifying half of the equation of establishing a solid franchise, yeah you're absolutely right.
And acquiring talent is harder than developing a winning culture, I don't think anyone disagrees with that.
But you need both, the culture of an organization shows when adversity hits. Teams with good culture and talent win their way out of it. Teams with good culture and no talent, stay in it and handle it well without turning on each other. Teams with talent and no culture tend to self destruct in it.
