There is no way he is a Giant next year.
4 possible QB's for the Bills next year:
Eli
Keenum
Bradford
Bridgewater
UGH - Stripes77
Well it depends, Eli's arm strength isn't what it was, but if you're O Line is even somewhat competent and you run more than three routes, and gain about 75 yards a game....he'll put your team in a position to win.
Remember, this guy took two Kevin Gilbride offenses to the SB and WON. With a great D but Eli got hot at the right time.
Bottom line, if he goes to Buffalo, yes I'm immediately a Buffalo fan. The way the organization handled that was ABYSMAL. |

They put up 2 duds, Tyrod was the only one playing against the Jets
The entire team got steam rolled against the Saints.
The San Diego game could have been much different with Tyrod. It's all a what if at this point.
We will know this week if the team bounced back for sure, but the defense certainly did it's job last week against the Chiefs. - Stripes77
the team IMO would still be in a funk w/o the 2 switches
and the chargers are as hot as any team in the nfl
and tyrod sucked vs the jets |

A team wins 3 out of 4 and is feeling pretty good, they then lose the next 7
Good teams, teams that find a way to win or to end a losing streak at 2, or a team that finds a way to stay in the season when they are down their best player on the team (or planet for that matter) isn't done by luck.
Pittsburgh is good because of Crosby and Malkin, what makes them great is when those players are out they just keep going.
The players that replace those two don't have the same talent, they just know what their job is and they do it extremely well.
They learned what it takes to win. Knowing how to win and win on a day to day basis is something that doesn't just happen because you have talent. You have to have the will to go to work day in day out and do things the right way, work hard every shift, every period, every practice, every game
Not everyone has that, not every team has that. That's a winning culture... - Stripes77
How does one, "learn how to win?"
I still have yet to define that. |

Or your bottom six/defense chip in a goal every once in a while, you win some games, and your culture is good - jcragcrumple
Even if the bottom 6/D scored once every other game they would still be in the bottom 10 of goals scored per game.
They are dead last this year.

It's literally bolded.
You have to do the work, day in day out, every practice, every play, every shift.
Just showing up isn't good enough to win in this league.

All signs point to Jacksonville anyway. Coughlin lost his mind.
Eli has them over a barrel. He has a no trade clause and is due a 5 mil roster bonus in March.
If they decline it I'm pretty sure he can sign before FA. |

because they dont have enough talent to win! It's literally that simple.
If they draft Dahlin and he becomes the next Ray Bourque, Middlestat comes in with Nylander and they are on fire, culture didn't change, the talent level did.
but the talking heads will say "These kids changed the culture of this team" |

does anyone have any thoughts on what i could add to nhllotterysimulator.com to make it worth visiting more often?
prospect data? highlight important tank games?
trying to make it worth visiting more than 1 month out of the year - robz228
Prospect data for sure
-stats
-scouting reports
-video highlite clips
-rankings

Those are things I visit various sites for when looking at draft prospects & who we might take |

Yeah, because a lot of our players suck. If we're saying that bad culture = a lot dead weight/bad contracts/crappy players, then yeah, our culture is terrible. But if we had some better players, our culture is suddenly good.
We have the worst bottom 6 in the NHL. That isn't culture, that's just bad players |

Again, false dichotomy. You're implying he is stating that as long as everyone is a professional they'll win irrespective of talent.
That's not what he's saying. |

No, it's more than being a professional.
All of these players have talent, or they wouldn't be in the league, or drafted where they were. (At least the top6, and top 3-4 defensemen)
They need to do the extra work, which as it was written about last year stopped
The extra ROR practices became non existent. |

Yes, that's part of the bad culture. The previous front office staff didn't do their jobs effectively. They weren't effective in performing their duties, there was a collection of values or vision, there was NO plan it kept changing. And they didn't perform their jobs.
Here is the text book definition, when a guy like JBots says culture this is what he means. This is a BROAD definition, you have to get the BEST people at EVERY position and get them working together. Organizational Behavior theory are the specifics of how to achieve you're overall culture.
Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong influence on the people in the organization and dictate how they dress, act, and perform their jobs. |

Moulson, Criscuolo, Larsson, Girgensons and Nolan could practice and work hard for days and they will still suck.
Pominville and Pouliot can practice 15 hours a day and work super hard and they'll still be third liners.
Or defense can practice wind sprints all week, and we still only have 2 top 4 D, and a basically 2 pairs of bottom pairing D men.
It isn't culture. It's crappy players |
